Positive: The location is excellent, and for the price, everything was more than good. If you are looking for luxury conditions, then you should probably search in another price segment. But for this accommodation, the price-to-quality ratio and level of hospitality are truly 10+. Everything was very clean. The furniture and renovation were not the newest, but the rooms are spacious, the kitchen and the bathroom are spotless. The place is very central, with cafés and a supermarket nearby, so you can easily buy food and comfortably eat in the kitchen. I was even offered a choice between two available rooms and could stay in a larger room than the one I originally booked. Each room had water, tissues, and even a small vase with candies. Again, for this price, this level of hospitality is exceptional. In the kitchen there was coffee, tea, croissants, and biscuits available. Yes, it was simple store-bought pastry, but still there are places where you pay much more and do not even get a bottle of water. Although check-out was officially until 10 a.m., I was kindly allowed to leave my suitcase in the room until 1 p.m. Natalia even told me to keep the keys with me so I could come back for my luggage and use the bathroom if needed. I am quite sure I could also have another coffee and some biscuits. The hosts are incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely caring people. I was very worried because I did not understand how to get back home the next day, the transport connections were complicated. Natalia told her husband about my concerns, and he personally called, found a shared taxi service for me at a reasonable price, contacted the driver, and arranged everything. The next day he even came downstairs, called the driver once more, checked all the details, and stayed in contact the whole time. I highly recommend this place because here you will receive not only accommodation, but also genuine warmth, support, and care - something that matters so much when travelling. Thank you so much
